Weights of French pastries could be unpredictable due to different nature of ingredients, therefore we measure the number of servings in person (portion) rather than traditional imperial weight system. 

No. We do not write on the cake due to our focus on highlighting the design of products. But we do offer free cake topper and candle as default choice for each cake. 

A complimentary insulated thermo bag with an ice pack would be provided for each order, which could keep the cake chilled for up to 1 hour.

Please move the cake into the chiller immediately upon receiving it for at least 30 minutes until ready to serve (DO NOT FREEZE).  All our cakes must be served at a chilled temperature (10°C-15°C) and are best consumed within 2 days.

Amendment/cancellation is NOT possible. Please be sure of your order when you finalize.

Yes, but only in one condition, at least 24 hours before chosen delivery time, you can call us to make a final change.

Each order would be only allowed to make ONE change. 

Driver will leave the order at the doorfront/management office of the delivery address.  

We do not promise, nor do we take any responsibility for the order/freshness of the cake after that.
